Can I sell both day passes and recurring memberships?
Yes. Day-pass packs are multi-use vouchers scanned per visit; hot-desk access is a recurring membership billed automatically. Both can live in the same store.
How do I take bookable studio time?
Use an experience with capacity-aware slots — customers pick an available window and pay. Capacity is held at checkout so two people can’t book the same slot.
How do members get in?
Each membership and pass carries a QR code on the member’s phone. You scan it from the staff app at the door; capped plans count the visit against the allowance.
What does it cost?
Free until your first sale, then 3% per sale plus standard Stripe card fees, paid into your own bank account. No monthly fee or setup cost.
