zillo
AI shopping
More shoppers are asking assistants like ChatGPT to help them buy. Zillo puts your gift cards, tickets, experiences, and memberships in front of them — automatically, the moment you publish your store.

Illustrative — your live products, surfaced in AI shopping.
Three steps
Publish your store
That's the only step. Every published Zillo store is listed in AI shopping automatically — it's on by default, no setup.
Zillo builds the feed
We publish a live, standards-compliant product feed for your store and keep it in sync as you add, edit, or unpublish products.
Assistants find you
When a shopper asks ChatGPT for something like what you sell, your products can surface — with a link straight to your storefront.
Why it's effortless
Every product, mapped
Gift cards by denomination, tickets by tier, plus vouchers, experiences, and memberships — each turned into the right feed entry automatically.
Built on the open standard
Zillo follows OpenAI's Agentic Commerce Protocol — the same product-feed format that powers ChatGPT Shopping — so you're ready as more assistants adopt it.
Nothing to maintain
No spreadsheets, no merchant-center uploads, no re-submitting. Publish a product and it's in the feed; unpublish it and it's gone.
Standards-based
Every store gets a live JSON product feed following OpenAI's Agentic Commerce Protocol. You don't submit it anywhere — Zillo registers the platform feed with AI shopping partners for you. The URL is yours to inspect any time.
Your feed URL
your-store.zillo.app/feed.jsonBuilt for discovery — shoppers find you in ChatGPT and check out on your own store, so you keep the customer and the full checkout.
Common questions
What does “AI shopping” actually do?
It makes your published products discoverable to AI shopping assistants. When someone shops with ChatGPT, your store can be surfaced and recommended, with a link to your storefront to buy.
Do shoppers check out inside the chat?
No — and that's by design. Shoppers discover and compare your products in ChatGPT, then check out on your own Zillo storefront, just like from a Google result. OpenAI has moved away from in-chat checkout toward merchant-owned checkout, so you keep the customer, your branding, and the full payment flow.
What does it cost?
Nothing extra. It's included with every Zillo store. The standard 3% per-sale fee is the only cost, and only when you actually sell.
How do I turn it on?
You don't have to — it's on by default. Publish your store and your products are listed automatically. Only published products appear. Prefer not to be listed? Opt out any time from Settings → Agentic feed.
Can I keep a product out of it?
Anything in draft is automatically excluded. Published products that you want hidden from assistants specifically can be flagged — contact support.
