  • How are green-fee vouchers redeemed in the pro shop?

    Each voucher carries a QR code and short code. Staff scan it from the app when the visitor arrives. Multi-use lesson packs scan one use at a time, with the remaining count shown.

  • Can members renew automatically?

    Yes. Memberships use Stripe Subscriptions, so annual or monthly renewals run automatically and members manage their own card details — no renewal invoices to chase.

  • Can I cap the field for a competition?

    Yes. Competition and open-day tickets support capacity limits and tiered pricing, with QR entry on the day.

  • What does it cost the club?

    Nothing until a sale. After that it’s 3% per sale plus standard Stripe card fees, paid into the club’s own bank account. No monthly fee or setup cost.
