How does recurring membership billing work?
Dues run on Stripe Subscriptions — billed automatically each period, with members managing their own card and cancellations. Failed payments retry on their own, so there’s nothing to chase.
Can I keep events member-only?
You can sell event tickets from the same branded store you share with members, and use member QR check-in for entry. Tickets support capacity limits so dinners and sessions don’t oversell.
How do members check in at events?
Members and ticket-holders carry a QR code on their phone. You scan it from the staff app — fast entry, with an undo if you scan in error.
What does it cost the club?
Nothing until your first sale, then 3% per sale plus standard Stripe card fees, paid into the club’s own bank account. No monthly fee or setup cost.
