Does Zillo Pro change my per-sale fee?+

No. Your free account always stays at 3% per sale. Pro is a flat monthly add-on on top — it never increases what you pay per order.

When should I upgrade?+

Whenever you want to grow what you've already built. If you're losing checkouts, selling things that sell out, or want your own domain and branding, Pro pays for itself fast. There's no wrong time — add it the month you need it.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. Add or cancel Pro yourself from the dashboard in a couple of clicks. Cancel and you simply drop back to your free account — you keep everything it has.

Do the growth features turn on automatically?+

No — you're in control. Abandoned cart recovery, checkout upsells and waitlists each have their own switch under Settings → Growth, so you turn on exactly what you want.
