Illustrative — your store, bookable from your Google listing.
Three steps
Add your business details
Enter the address and phone customers know you by. Google uses these to match your store to your Google Business Profile in Search and Maps.
Switch it on
Turn on Reserve with Google from your settings. It’s part of Zillo Pro, and every published appointment, reservation, and class is listed for you.
Get booked from Google
A “Book online” button appears on your Google listing. Customers tap it and land on your store to pick a time and pay — you keep the whole booking.
Why it works
Your services, listed
Appointments, reservations, and class or session tickets are all eligible — each one becomes a bookable service on your Google listing automatically.
Booked on your own store
Google is the shop window, not the checkout. Customers tap through and book on your Zillo storefront, so you keep the customer, your branding, and the full payment flow.
You choose what shows
Only published products are ever listed, and you can hide any single service you’d rather keep off Google while it stays for sale on your store.
Getting set up
You don’t submit anything to Google or wrangle a feed. Get these in place, switch it on, and Zillo lists your services for you — Google matches your store to your Business Profile and shows the button.
Common questions
What does Reserve with Google do?
It puts a “Book online” button on your Google Business Profile — the panel people see when they find you in Google Search or on Google Maps. Tapping it sends the customer to your Zillo store to book.
Do customers book inside Google?
No — and that’s by design. Google shows your services and the button; the actual time-slot picking and payment happen on your own Zillo store, exactly as they do today. You keep the customer and the full checkout.
Which of my products are eligible?
Anything time-bound: 1:1 appointments, seated reservations, and class or session tickets. Gift cards and other products aren’t part of Reserve with Google.
What does it cost?
Reserve with Google is part of Zillo Pro. Beyond that there’s no extra fee — the standard 3% per-sale fee is the only cost, and only when you actually get booked.
When is the automatic listing available?
It’s coming soon — we’re rolling Reserve with Google out as more merchants come on board. Opt in from Settings now and we’ll add your store the moment it launches, with nothing else to submit.
Can I get a Book online link on Google today?
Yes. You can add a booking link to your own Google Business Profile yourself right now — Zillo gives you the exact link to paste in. It takes about a minute, and it’s free.
