Common questions
Is Zillo cheaper than Eventbrite?
For most paid-ticket events, a flat 3% per sale works out lower than Eventbrite's per-ticket service fees plus payment processing — but it depends on your ticket price and region. Both add standard card processing on top. Check Eventbrite's current pricing (linked on this page) against 3% for your ticket price.
Will my event still be discoverable?
Eventbrite lists events on its own marketplace and app. Zillo gives you a branded store at your own URL to share directly — there's no central Zillo marketplace. If marketplace discovery is your main channel, that's a point for Eventbrite.
Can I move my ticketing to Zillo?
Yes. You set up your event, tiers, and capacity, share your Zillo link, and scan QR tickets at the door from the staff app. There's no monthly fee, so you can run a single event to try it.
Free until your first sale. 3% per sale after that. No monthly fee, no contract.
