Can I make members sign a waiver before their first class?
Yes. Turn on a liability waiver for a class ticket or PT booking and each attendee signs online before they arrive — drawn or typed, with a section for minors. You see who's signed, get a warning at check-in if they haven't, and can download the signed copy. You supply the wording.
Can I cap how many classes a membership includes?
Yes. Set a visit allowance per billing period and Zillo counts each QR check-in against it. Unlimited plans simply skip the cap. The allowance resets when the membership renews.
How do members and class-goers get in the door?
Everyone gets a QR code on their phone — a membership pass or a class ticket. You scan it from the staff app. It works for capped classes, drop-ins, and member check-ins alike.
Can I take PT bookings and a membership in the same store?
Yes. Memberships, class tickets, and one-to-one PT bookings live side by side. Members can buy any of them from the same branded link.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. Zillo is free until your first sale, then 3% per sale plus standard Stripe card fees. No setup fee, no minimums, and we refund our 3% automatically when you refund a member.
