What you can sell

Common questions
Can I require a liability waiver before the tour?
Yes. Turn on a waiver for the tour or class and every participant signs online before they arrive — drawn or typed, with a section for minors. You see who's signed, get warned at check-in if someone hasn't, and can download the signed copy. You supply the wording; Zillo isn't a party to it.
How do customers pick a date?
Add as many session dates to your ticket product as you like; customers see all upcoming dates on the storefront and pick one at checkout. Zillo prevents oversell by holding capacity at checkout, so two people can’t take the last seat at once.
Can I sell a multi-class pass, like a punch card?
Yes — sell it as a multi-use voucher. The customer buys one pass for N visits and shows the same QR each time; your staff scan it and Zillo counts the punches.
Can I ask customers questions when they book?
Yes. You can collect custom intake details at checkout — dietary needs, skill level, group size — so you have what you need before they turn up.
How much does Zillo take?
3% per sale plus standard Stripe card fees — far less than a typical experience marketplace. No monthly fee, and the money lands in your own bank account.
Free until your first sale. 3% per sale after that. Five minutes to live.
