Built for your floor

For studios juggling memberships across three different apps.

  • Yoga and pilates studios billing memberships through one tool, scheduling in another, and chasing failed payments in a third.
  • Wellness practitioners selling class packs on paper and losing track of who has visits left.
  • Studios running occasional retreats and workshops that don’t fit a recurring plan.
  • Teachers who want a “10-class pass” that scans one visit at a time, no spreadsheet.

What you can sell

One storefront, every revenue line.

A studio usually sells a membership for regulars, a class pass for casuals, and the odd retreat ticket — plus gift cards over the holidays. Run the lot from one storefront.

Common questions

The questions you’d ask first.

  • Can students sign a liability waiver before class?

Yes. Add a waiver to a class ticket or booking and each student signs online before they arrive — drawn or typed, with a section for minors. You can see who's signed, get a warning at check-in if they haven't, and download the signed copy. The wording is yours.

  • Can a membership include a set number of classes per month?

Yes. You can cap visits per billing period — say 12 classes a month — and Zillo counts each QR check-in against that allowance. The count resets automatically when the membership renews.

  • How do members check in?

Each member has a QR code on their phone. You scan it from the staff app at the door; the visit is logged and the remaining allowance is shown to both of you. There’s an undo if you scan by mistake.

  • What handles the recurring billing?

Stripe Subscriptions, under the hood. Members are billed automatically each period and can manage their own card and cancellations. Failed payments retry without you lifting a finger.

  • Can I sell a one-off retreat as well as memberships?

Yes — a retreat or workshop is a ticket with a capacity limit and QR entry. You can run memberships, class passes, and one-off tickets side by side in the same store.
